My absolute favorite Thai food in town! Food is always made fresh from scratch, with extra love from the cook. The buffet is great for lunch, my go to dish is the chicken Pad Thai or their Chicken Thai noodle soup.

I ordered the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry; I have eaten many Thai places and I have got to say this place is the WORST! The Pad Thai was over cooked, burn and VERY dry and no flavor. The Yellow Curry tasted like the cook opened a can of coconut milk and added Sum Tum to it. I could tell cause there was no authentic flavor and the shredded papaya was in my curry. I typically don't do ratings but I just HAD to rate this place because of what I paid for the food and was HORRIBLE.....just not worth the money. I ended up throwing away all the food....WHAT A WASTE!!! I should have known this Thai Restaurant was horrible when I noticed NO cars was in the parking lot. I DO NOT recommend place at all!!!!

Taste of Thailand was beyond average . I was expecting subpar considering it was in Sumter and the other "Thai" restaurants have been quite disappointing, but ToT met my standards for the most part. The food and the flavor was there. I was surprised to see more cultural selections, such as the Laab, sticky rice, Tom Sum (papaya salad) and other dishes. The flavor was there, which was the more notable thing. It's one of those restaurants that I wouldn't mind coming back to because of the food.
The service was average. The waitress was nice and they have a tv for patrons to watch. We watched "The Price is Right" while eating.

I didn't take pictures because they offer a buffet which varies with dish selections. I'd recommend for the adventurous and those who are looking for somewhat authenticity.

    Good Eats!

I ordered the Massaman curry with seafood and it was delicious. It was a lot more curry than I've normally gotten at Thai restaurants. I did not like that it was sooo piping hot when it came to the table and the amount of rice was so small in comparison  to the amount of curry. The food was really good though. Also the drink selection and pricing kind of blew my mind but then realizing that because they were priced so low they were out of stock of a lot of things. Not a bad experience

Walked in and thought it was closed, no lights on, but I guess if it isn't dark out the light through the windows will suffice.

Lunch was buffet style. Most of it looked ok.  Some had been sitting a while like the clear noodles so it was dry and not appetizing.  But I at the white rice, chicken, spring rolls, fried rolls, and Veggies.

Price was less than $10 so not a pocket book breaker.  Doubtful I'd return.
